Paste a few contacts and what you're offering. The AI writes each person their own email. Writing is free; sending needs a paid plan.
Three steps, about thirty seconds.
Say what your email is about, in a sentence or two. Stick to true claims.
Paste up to 5 people, one per line, with one detail about each.
Get a different email for each person. Copy them, or send them from your own inbox with a plan.
Most mass email sender software works the same way: you write one message, add a list, and the tool sends the same text to everyone with their first name swapped in. That was fine for newsletters. For outreach it has stopped working. Gmail and Outlook notice when hundreds of near identical emails arrive from one address, and readers notice too. A template with a name in the first line still reads like a template.
This tool takes a different approach. You still describe your message once, but the AI writes a separate email for each person, built around what you know about them: their company, their role, something they launched. Five people means five different emails, not one email five times.
Writing is free: one run a day without an account, 5 with a free account, and each run writes up to 5 emails. Nothing you type is stored.
Sending is not free. On a paid plan, PersonaSend sends every email from your own Gmail or Outlook, for your whole list, with follow-ups.
Volume is what gets bulk email blocked, so the safest way to send a lot is to spread it out. PersonaSend sends at most 50 emails a day from each connected inbox, waits a few minutes between emails, and starts a newly connected inbox lower and works it up over a few days. If you need to send more per day, you connect more inboxes rather than pushing one harder.
The other half is content. Personal emails, plain text, no links in the first email, and an unsubscribe line people can actually use. And only email people you have a real reason to contact. This isn't a tool for bought lists or newsletters; our spam policy explains what we allow.
What people typed, and the kind of email they got.
